Covid 19 Information

Important Appointment Info

Our online booking is temporarily not active so that we may schedule appointments correctly.

Some of the safety precautions we will be taking are:

Yes. Regardless of the amount accumulated, Gift Point balances expire December 31st of each year. It is our guests responsibility to claim their available Gift Point awards prior to expiration.

Considerations

  • Limiting number of staff and guests in the salon at one time, due to state regulations.

  • Taking temperatures & prescreening using a non-contact forehead thermometer. Anyone with a temperature over 100.4 will have to be rescheduled.

  • All staff temperatures will be taken taken daily

  • All staff are now Barbicide COVID-19 certified

  • Limiting contact through virtual consultations, so we may schedule your appointment properly.

  • Allocating extra time in between guests for sanitation of tools, stations & capes.

  • Maintaining physical distance between clients in salon & shampoo areas.

  • Cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing by Shore Remediation, a certified IICRC and ISSA firm. They are consistent with the protocol and guidelines recommended by the CDC for Coronavirus using Fibelock Shockwave which is EPA registered to kill Coronavirus under the harshest of conditions.

Please be patient with us as we make our way through our list of amazing clients. We are working very hard to contact everyone & get your appointment scheduled as soon as possible. Due to state mandates we are limited the number of staff & stylists allow to in the salon at this time.

 

Please understand that your services may take more time & the cost may be higher than normal, due the extra time & product needed to perform your service.

 

Some color may be considered Corrective Color & take a few appointments to correct. We have not raised our prices or added any COVID-19 surcharges.

 

Please take the time to fill out our new consent form being emailed to you or on line on our web site digitally, HERE.

 

We are temporarily not doing blowouts so we may accommodate as many of our guest’s needs as possible. We are giving you a complimentary Kerastase mask treatment to go! ($45 Value).

 

Please arrive 10 minutes early & call or text us at 732-741-8336 to let us you have arrived. We will text or call you when it is your time to come inside for your appointment. If you are late for your appointment you may have to forfeit and reschedule for a later time.

 

Please let us know within 48 hours if you need to cancel for any reason. Our time is more valuable than ever & our livelihood is on the line. Any appointment that is missed or canceled in less than 48 hours will be required to secure the next appointment with a credit card for the full amount of the service.

All Corrective Color & Keratin treatments will require a deposit due to the long appointment time scheduled for service.

 

Please read our new Sanitation Procedures posted on our website and social media so you can come to your visit prepared.

 

Our stylists will be performing most of the work for your service temporarily to minimize contact.

 

We are fully equipped with disinfectant soap, hand sanitizer, & disinfectant sprays.

 

We have always been a clean air salon with virus killing air purifiers. Our HVAC system brings in a steady flow of fresh outside air for good ventilation.
